Usage of Present Perfect Continuous Tense
The Present Perfect Continuous Tense describes an action that began in the past and has continued up to the present. In many cases it can be used interchangeably with the present perfect tense.
example: I have been studying English for ten years.

Usage of Present Perfect Tense
  1. The Present Perfect Tense is used to refer to an action or event that began some time in the past and still continuing.(I have studied English for one year) means I studied English one year and still study it
  2. The Present Perfect Tense is used to refer to an action that took place at some time in the past but has an effect on the present situation (I have closed the door) means the door is closed and no one can go out
  3. Present Perfect Tense is used with "just" for recently completed action (He has  just finished the work)

Present Continuous Tense

Usage of Present Continuous Tense
  1. Present Continuous Tense is used to express an action or event which is taking place at the present moment (I am studying English now)
  2. Present Continuous Tense is used for action or event which exists in the present but is not necessarily taking place at the moment of speaking (he is studying English in Pancasila International School ) 
  3. Present Continuous Tense is used to talk about things happening in period around now. (John is working hard today)

Simple Present Tense

Usage of Simple Present Tense

  1. Simple Present Tense is used to describe habitual action (I eat rice) 
  2. Simple Present Tense is often used with adverbs or adverb phrase (always, usually, often, sometimes, never, every day, every week, twice a day, once a month, on Friday, occasionally) 
  3. Simple Present Tense is also used to express universal truths, facts or ideas (human being need eating)
